I was born in 1945 in London and have lived there all my life except for a period of 7 years when I practised in Germany.

I read law at Jesus College Oxford. I acquired a number of years experience in two major City of London law firms before deciding to offer that level of service to clients through my own niche practice.

I am now a solicitor advocate and am entitled to appear as an advocate before all the civil courts of this country.

My practice area is primarily commercial civil litigation including the following areas:-

- International disputes and conflict of laws
- Banking
- Insurance
- Commodities
- Shipping
- Professional negligence
- All forms of contractual disputes
- Employment contracts
- Tax disputes with Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs
- Property disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Partnership disputes

I also deal with a number of non-contentious matters and in particular:-

- Company formations and purchases
- International tax
